Monday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Tuesday 9.00am to 9.30pm
Wednesday 9.00am to 9.30pm
Thursday 9.00am to 9.00am to 9.30pm
Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Requests for concerts and large events outside these times to be referred to Finance and Property Committee.

PLEASE NOTE, the diary can give you an an initial notion of room availability, but confirmation of a booking needs to come fom a member of staff. We try to keep a gap of 15 minutes between bookings in order to turn rooms around.
